Andrew founded Priddy in January 2009, with 30+ years extensive knowledge and experience in the building engineering services industry and is responsible for the management of all the departments. Andrew is a passionate advocate for vocational training and also chairs the Education and Training Committee with BESA.
Andy joined Priddy Engineering Services Limited in 2012, bringing valued experience of over 40 years within the industry and is responsible for managing the contracting teams, on site labour and sub-contractors.

Wayne has recently joined Priddy Engineering Services Limited, bringing with him over 25 years of Building Services and Construction industry management experience and is responsible for leading the electrical contracting arm of the business

Laura joined Priddy back in 2013 as an Administration Apprentice, and after completing her NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration was promoted to Administration Assistant. Laura is responsible for supporting the contracts department and site operatives.
Roger joined Priddy in March 2015, equipped with over 18 years Quantity Surveying experience with a particular specialism in Mechanical and Electrical building services. Roger started his career as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in private practice, before moving into the M & E contracting side of the industry.
Jacek Siemienkiewicz joined Priddy in 2017. He started as a senior craftsman looking after the air conditioning for smaller projects. Jacek has now moved into the office and progressed to a new role of Mechanical Estimator.
