Our Values – The 5’Ives
Our brand is a promise of integrity and respect in all of our endevours and our values guide our behaviour and how we communicate. Our behaviour and our core values allow us to uphold the promise of our brand through what we call the five ‘ives’ or ‘5’ives’.
These 5’ives are the defining pillars that we continuously strive to reveal through service design and as individuals, and through the use and tone of our language and the total integration of our identity throughout the company.
As employees and other representatives of the company, the 5’ives translate to the ‘I haves’ or more specifically the ‘I am’s’ that are demonstration of Priddy employees’ personal traits; the characteristics of your nature and behaviour in all that you do.
