A structured and interwoven approach.
By adopting this approach, we create clarity in our methods to detail the tasks and outputs that are required at each project stage, and since this method is widely-adopted by other professionals – with it woven into their own processes – planning and delivering projects alongside ourselves becomes fully integrated.
