We use the RIBA Plan of Works to add structure to how we organise the processes for briefing, designing, constructing, maintaining, operating and using building projects into several key stages.

Project Stages.

Identify client’s business case, strategic brief and other core project requirements.

Develop all of the initial parameters and constraints for how the project will run.

Initial designs and outline proposals for all aspects of the project and cost information.

General approach to layout, design and construction to obtain proposals approval.

Comprises the residual technical work of the core design team members.

Programming and commencing the work in accordance with the contract.

Final inspections to ensure specifications have been met and settlement of financials.

Post-occupancy evaluation and review of the project’s performance.
